Custom Course and Private Training Policy
We understand that not every rider’s schedule fits our published training calendar. ESense LLC offers private and custom course scheduling when availability allows. To ensure high-quality instruction and responsible use of resources, the following policy applies:
Custom Scheduling Without a Private Course Request
If a client requests a custom date but does not require a private session, ESense LLC may keep the course open to additional riders.
Private Course Scheduling
If a rider or group wants a guaranteed private session closed to all other participants, they have two options:
Enroll the minimum number of students to fill the class
6 riders for DBS (Ages 12 & Under)
8 riders for all other courses
Pay a private course surcharge equal to 50% of the remaining seats
This option closes the session without requiring a full group
Example: A solo rider in an 8-person course pays for their own seat plus 50% of the remaining 7 seats (rounded up to 4 seats total)
This approach allows flexibility while ensuring the session remains financially sustainable when run as a closed course.
Important Notes
All custom sessions must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing
Course availability is not guaranteed and depends on instructor availability and facility access
This policy applies across all course types, including DBS, TRE, and ADV

Why Fall Training Stands Out
Fall is one of the best seasons for off-road motorcycle training in Texas. Here’s why it’s our most requested time of year:
Cooler weather supports rider endurance, focus, and comfort
Moist soil and mixed terrain improve traction and challenge control
Courses fill fast due to demand and ideal riding conditions
If you've been planning to start or re-engage with off-road riding, this is your window. Fall offers the best mix of terrain, weather, and availability before winter downtime.
How to Choose the Right Off-Road Course
New to Riding?
Start with Dirt Bike School (DBS). This foundational course teaches you proper body position, braking technique, throttle control, and terrain awareness. It’s the safest and most effective way to begin riding off-road.
Returning Rider or Cross-Training?
Choose Trail Riding Essentials (TRE). Most adult learners use this course to regain confidence, sharpen decision-making, and apply skills in real trail conditions after completing DBS or similar training.
Experienced and Ready to Push Limits?
Enroll in the Adventure Rider Course (ADV). This advanced course is built for riders who have completed TRE or have prior ADV bike experience. It focuses on terrain management, low-speed control, and trail recovery techniques.
